I am a qualified Fine and Textile Artist, avid doodler, keen photographer and pebble collector. I Draw, I Teach, I Stitch. I have a fascination with surface, texture and touch explored through drawing and textiles. I thoroughly enjoy keeping my hands busy with needle, hook or pencil. Mindfulness is core to my making. Immersing myself in moments, the everyday and ordinary details brings me great pleasure. Making makes me happy and soothes my soul. My drawings come to life using humble tactile materials and skills, learned from others over many years, marinated with memories and precious time.
