We are mother and daughter, sharing our enthusiasm and passion, bringing together life- long interests, making things we love with love. Creativity for both of us has been a faithful friend. We are multidisciplinary artists, creative souls, living a colourful life by squeezing every drop of joy from each day.

We have talked about ‘Wood and Daughters’ for many years. We were going to do it ‘one day’. The spring of 2020 and arrival of COVID made us reassess our lives. Surrounded by an enormous stash of art and craft materials and faced with lockdown we decided not to wait any longer, the time was now. Wood and Daughters was born with space to grow and room for others to join our family as daughter designates. Helping and supporting the creative growth of others will double our pleasure.

We immerse ourselves in making; making the most of all we have and hold dear, who we are, making the most of everyday, making lovely things. 

We invite you to join us on our adventure. Share with us the little, simple, humble things that bring pleasure and delight. Enjoy what creativity can do. We offer all this with affection, warmth and generosity, with hope from both our hearts that the joy rubs off.
